Brief

As well as producing its quarterly colleague magazine, we also support Wales & West Utilities, a gas supply network, across the rest of its internal and external communications portfolio — creating reports, awards submissions and intranet writing designed to work in print, online and translated into Welsh.

Challenge

Being constantly on hand and flexible, while seamlessly project managing strict deadlines for litho print, print on demand and digital versions for several projects at once. This involves working closely with the client’s brand agency, and supplying reports and submissions to official bodies. To keep the reports fresh and engaging, we develop and design detailed infographics and illustrations to bring the content to life, as well as preparing interactive digital flipbooks and enhanced pdfs containing video.
