Ideas That Add Up

We helped Wales & West Utilities (WWU) bring its annual Network Innovation Allowance (NIA) report to life with a 27-page interactive document for Ofgem. Designed to showcase NIA and Strategic Innovation Funding (SIF) projects, the report combines statistics, evaluations and case studies, including hydrogen energy developments in commercial and residential gas networks. It celebrates achievements while capturing insights and learnings to help shape future projects.

Creativity on tap for Chapter One and Southern Water!

We helped make a splash for Chapter One by bringing their Water Cycle Adventure Book to life. Sponsored and supported by Southern Water and available on Chapter One’s Global Free Library, Hattie the water droplet takes children of school age on an incredible adventure through the water cycle. Our fabulous team created an engaging layout complete with activity section to inspire young readers and teach them about the environment in a fresh and exciting way.

Working with Wales & West Utilities on their 2025 Stakeholder Report

We’re pleased to have helped Wales & West Utilities (WWU) with their 2025 Stakeholder Report. This 27‑page publication brings together key insights, priorities and performance updates for stakeholders in a clear and engaging way. Produced in both Welsh and English, the report was delivered as a PDF and interactive flipbook, ensuring a consistent experience across languages and helping readers navigate and understand the information.

Lower costs, higher impact

Our recent social media campaign for Wales and West Utilities’ Priority Services Register has delivered fantastic results. The fresh approach significantly lowered cost per lead, boosted engagement and delivered 4x more leads than previous ads. With monthly expectations exceeded, the campaign is on track for 1,500 leads above target.

Delighted to support Cheltenham Foodbank once again

This holiday season, instead of sending gifts and cards, we’re continuing our tradition of supporting our local food bank in Cheltenham. With the cost-of-living challenges still affecting so many families, food banks are working tirelessly to meet growing demand. Our hope is to help bring comfort and a little extra cheer to those who need it most.

Flipping marvellous report

On time and on brand, we’ve helped customer Wales & West Utilities (WWU) produce a key annual report to regulator OFGEM. The Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance report showcases their initiatives, partnerships and projects supporting vulnerable customers and communities, and promoting carbon monoxide safety. The 59-page interactive PDF and flipbook presents the wealth of details, facts and figures in an eye-catching and easily understandable way.

Above and Beyond with Chapter One

Congratulations to Jops Hill and Heidelberg Materials UK for winning the Above and Beyond Award from child literacy charity Chapter One at their Partner, Volunteer and School Recognition Awards. We produced the employee-written children’s book that’s part of the company’s support for Chapter One (see our March 2025 news below). Three of our team joined Jops, who’s Social Value Coordinator for Heidelberg Materials UK, at the London event.

Wheelie good cause

After 25 years at Pages Creative, Mark kicked off his well-earned retirement in typical Mark fashion by cycling from London to Barcelona.

He pedalled 1,400km in 11 days, raising more than £1,000 for Cure Leukaemia’s world-first paediatric transplant trials network.
